At Regrow, we strictly do not practise hardsell – we understand how uncomfortable or frustrating it feels to be pressured into buying. We want every customer to unwind, enjoy and relax when you visit our salon, and leave feeling delighted with a peace of mind.
While our salon specialises in natural hair treatment, we also offer hair cutting services so you can enjoy the convenience of pampering your hair and scalp all at once. Let us know beforehand so we can book an appointment slot for you to better serve you.
Walk In / Scheduling Appointment
For your first visit, we highly recommend making an appointment with us to prevent long waiting time and allow us to better serve you. It is recommended to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment time.
We do accept walk-ins, however do expect you may need to wait for your turn if we are fully booked at the moment.
We understand that some circumstances may arise. If you are late for your appointment, it may affect other customers’ scheduled appointments. As such, do expect that you may need to wait for your turn, or possibly reschedule your appointment.
On Your First Visit For Hair / Scalp Treatment
Our specialist will review your scalp condition and understand your concerns. We will recommend a suitable treatment plan that would be targeted at and most effective with your scalp concerns.
Our treatment includes a pre-treatment to cleanse your scalp and hair. As such, you do not need to worry about washing your hair prior to coming to our salon for your hair treatment.
General Advice
If you have (or are considering to) dyed, permed, or rebond your hair at other salons, we recommend a wait-out time of 2 months between doing a chemical service and doing our hair treatment.
However, if you are doing Regrow Herbal Hair Colouring, we generally recommend a minimum of 3 – 4 weeks (before doing the next treatment to cover white hair). If you are doing other regrow hair treatment, you can come on a weekly basis as our treatment does not harm the scalp.
