Shipping Policy

  • Our shipping policy only applies to products ordered on our website. It is not applicable to purchases for Treatment / Service.
  • Orders can be delivered to mainland Singapore and non-restricted areas in Singapore.
  • Orders placed on our website will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 working days. The delivery transit time will take 3 to 5 working days. You may expect a delay during festive seasons.
  • Incomplete address will result in failed delivery of your order. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing the order.
  • Orders will be shipped via a delivery service appointed by us that may or may not offer a tracking service.
  • Minimum Order Value for Free Shipping is $60.00 per order.
  • For order value below $60.00, shipping charge is $3.50 per order.
  • For orders outside Singapore, please contact us directly for a custom quote.


Exchange and Return Policy

  • Currently, we do not allow returns and refunds, please select and buy your items with caution. Please contact us if you wish to exchange your item.
  • Exchanges are applicable only for product orders made from our website.
  • For exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You can only choose to exchange your item if it falls under the following categories:
    – Damaged upon receipt
    – Incorrect / wrong item delivered
  • For exchange, you must notify us within 7 calendar days from the day you receive your item. Any request after the timeframe will not be accepted. Kindly contact us with your order number and photo attachment of the product(s) during the request.
  • Exchanges are only accepted after we have approved the request.
  • In the event the requested exchange item is out of stock, a unique promo code (valid for 3 months) will be issued.
  • Regrow Herbal Hair Treatment will not be liable for any lost mail sent back without any means of tracking.

¹Incorrect/Wrong Item: Does not refer to packaging changes. In the event a product has changed packaging, we reserve all rights to provide Customer with whichever product the supplier has given us in accordance to the barcode
